Mr. Chen Guanyu, Mr. Chen Kuisheng, Mr. Chen Fusheng, and Mr. Lin Shifu plan to transfer their holdings of 14,509,200 shares, 5,985,400 shares, 12,900,000 shares, and 3,029,100 shares (a total of 36,423,700 shares, accounting for 15.06% of the company's total equity) to Dama Technology at a price of 18.60 yuan per share through an agreement.
