On November 20th, keli motor group (002892.SZ) announced that the board of directors approved the use of idle own funds not exceeding RMB 400 million (including related amounts reinvested with the proceeds from the aforementioned investments) for entrusted wealth management and securities investment, ensuring the daily operational capital needs without affecting the normal production and operation of the company and its subsidiaries and effectively controlling risks. Among them, no more than RMB 200 million will be used for entrusted wealth management, and no more than RMB 200 million will be used for securities investment other than entrusted wealth management. The above limits are valid for 12 months from the date of approval by the board of directors and can be rolled over within the authorized period. The transaction amount at any point within the authorized period (including related amounts reinvested with the proceeds from the aforementioned investments) shall not exceed the total approved amount.
