The partners intend to jointly invest to establish the Zhuhai Deying Jiahua Qichen Private Equity Partnership (limited partnership) (referred to as "Deying Qichen" or "the partnership", subject to the final approved name by the industry and commerce registration authority), with the total subscribed capital contribution from all partners amounting to RMB 200.1 million, among which the company, as a limited partner, contributes RMB 60 million in self-owned funds, accounting for 29.98% of the total subscribed capital contribution.
