1. The appeal is rejected, and the original judgment is upheld.

2. The second-instance case acceptance fee is RMB 44,636, to be borne by the appellant Gaoke Property.

As disclosed in the company's announcements dated June 7, 2024 and September 4, 2024, it is expected that Huabao Run will need to pay a total of approximately RMB 68.6 million to China Aerospace Gaoke and Gaoke Property (as of November 19, 2024, the final amount will be determined by the execution).
