Yuanheng Gas (00332.HK) expects a comprehensive loss of approximately 0.117 billion yuan for the six months ending September 30 (hereinafter the same), compared to a comprehensive profit of approximately 26 million yuan in the same period last year. This is mainly due to a loss of approximately 47 million yuan from the termination of operation of a subsidiary, resulting in loss of control over the company; a net exchange loss of approximately 17 million yuan for the period; while the net exchange gain for previous periods was 35 million yuan; and a decrease in gross profit by approximately 34% to approximately 30 million yuan.
