According to the announcement by Bank of Tianjin (01578) on the Zhitong Finance APP, based on market information and the principle of prudence, and taking into account the current business situation of the bank and the demand for future audit services, the bank plans to dismiss PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhongtian Certified Public Accountants LLP (Special General Partnership) and RSM Nelson Wheeler Certified Public Accountants LLP (collectively referred to as "PricewaterhouseCoopers") as the accounting firm for the bank's 2024 audit. PricewaterhouseCoopers' term will end when the resolution to dismiss the accounting firm is passed at the shareholders' meeting.

Based on the tender selection results, the board of directors of the bank recommends the appointment of KPMG Huazhen Certified Public Accountants LLP (Special General Partnership) as the domestic auditor responsible for the bank's 2024 domestic standards annual financial statements audit, and recommends the appointment of KPMG Certified Public Accountants LLP (referred to as "KPMG") as the international auditor responsible for the bank's 2024 international standards annual financial statements audit, to fill the vacancy left by the dismissal of PricewaterhouseCoopers. KPMG's term will last until the bank's next annual shareholders' meeting, with audit fees of RMB 2.87 million.
