Yuanheng Gas (00332) announced that the group is expected to achieve a comprehensive loss of approximately RMB 0.117 billion for the six months ending on September 30, 2024 (the "relevant period") in the announcement.
According to the information currently available, the performance of the relevant period is less favorable than the previous period mainly due to (1) a business operating loss of approximately RMB 47 million due to the loss of control over a subsidiary company; (2) a net exchange loss of approximately RMB 17 million for the relevant period, while the net exchange gain for the previous period was RMB 35 million; and (3) a decrease in gross profit from approximately RMB 46 million in the previous period to approximately RMB 30 million in the relevant period (a decrease of approximately 34%).
