During a press conference held by the Sichuan Financial Regulatory Bureau, it was revealed that as of November 17, 322 new real estate projects have been added to the 'white list'. A total of 650 projects have received credit amounting to nearly 200 billion yuan RMB through the 'white list', with loans exceeding 160 billion yuan RMB, more than 50% of which are private enterprises, benefiting over 600,000 homebuyers.
