First, let’s take a look at the third-quarter performance of kingsoft cloud and kingsoft.
Kingsoft cloud's total revenue in the third quarter reached 1.886 billion yuan, an increase of 16% year-on-year; public cloud revenue was 1.18 billion yuan, up 15.6% year-on-year; industry cloud revenue was 0.71 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 16.7%; gross profit was 0.3034 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 54.6%.
The performance of kingsoft in the same period is also worth noting. The company's third-quarter revenue was 2.915 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 42%; the profit attributable to the parent company’s shareholders was 0.413 billion yuan, a substantial increase of 1,351% year-on-year.
From a specific business perspective, the revenue from office software and services was 1.207 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10%; revenue from online games and other sources was 1.708 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 78%. Overall operational profit reached 1.144 billion yuan, a staggering year-on-year increase of 204%.

Institutional perspective
CICC recently released research reports stating that kingsoft cloud has announced a financing lease agreement with CITIC Financial Leasing to accelerate investments in AI infrastructure. CICC, considering that the pace of investment in kingsoft cloud's AI computing power is faster than expected and the demand is higher than expected, has raised the group's revenue forecast for the next two years by 1.5% and 5.7%, respectively to 7.5 billion and 8.3 billion yuan; adjusted EBITDA was raised by 54.9% and 77.5%.
CITIC International released a report stating that kingsoft's better-than-expected third-quarter performance was mainly benefited from the excellent performance of its online gaming business. Among them, game revenue grew by 78% year-on-year, primarily due to the successful launch of 'Jian Wang 3 Wu Jie', which doubled the daily active users of 'Jian Wang 3' and contributed considerable revenue.
The report also pointed out that the company expects its online gaming business to maintain good momentum in 2025, which will help offset the lower-than-expected revenue from office software due to the overall weak macro environment. The institution believes that as expectations for government stimulus policies rise, the company's office software remains an attractive long-term saas symbol, while the strong performance of the online gaming business this year and next year is a bullish point worth paying attention to.
