According to the Zhito Finance APP, Goldwind Science & Technology (02208) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Goldwind International Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Goldwind International") signed a "Wind Turbine Supply and Installation Agreement" with the South African energy company Karreebosch Wind Farm (Proprietary) Limited, under which Goldwind New Energy South Africa Proprietary Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Goldwind New Energy South Africa") will provide wind turbine supply and installation services.

Goldwind Science & Technology and Goldwind International signed a "Parent Company Guarantee Agreement" to jointly guarantee the performance and default compensation liability of Goldwind New Energy South Africa under the aforementioned "Wind Turbine Supply and Installation Agreement", with a guarantee amount not exceeding 780,507,959 yuan (if the guaranteed party violates the legal, environmental protection, compensation, intellectual property infringement, and other performance obligations stipulated in the "Wind Turbine Supply and Installation Agreement", and the guarantee amount cannot cover the compensation liability of the guaranteed party under the "Wind Turbine Supply and Installation Agreement", the actual incurred guarantee amount shall prevail), with the guarantee period starting from the signing date of the "Parent Company Guarantee Agreement" until all responsibilities and obligations of Goldwind New Energy South Africa under the "Wind Turbine Supply and Installation Agreement" are fulfilled.
