The final transaction amount will be determined by the bidding results, and there is a certain level of uncertainty regarding whether the transaction will be completed. If Haige Shen Zhou is confirmed as the ultimate buyer, Wuhan Jia Rui will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Haige Shen Zhou after the transaction is completed.
