On November 19th, AECC Aviation Power (600893.SH) announced that the gas turbine company is the only domestic company with independent intellectual property rights for gas turbine research and manufacturing, with industry-leading comprehensive energy solution capabilities. Relying on the complete research and manufacturing industry chain of aviation engines, it has formed an independent and efficient gas turbine technology innovation, quality control, customer service, and operation management system. To rapidly promote the marketization and industrialization of the gas turbine business, the gas turbine company has initiated a capital increase and share expansion project. In order to establish a closer strategic coordination relationship with the gas turbine company, deeply participate in the development of the gas turbine industry, and share the dividends of future civil gas turbine industry development, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Li Ming, plan to increase their capital by 20 million yuan each through a non-public agreement with the gas turbine company using their own funds. After the capital increase, the company and Li Ming will collectively hold approximately 2% of the equity of the gas turbine company.

According to the evaluation report, the total equity of the gas turbine company's shareholders was valued at 1859.5386 million yuan on the evaluation reference date, with an appreciation rate of 26.92%. In this case, the company and Li Ming will participate in the capital increase and share expansion of the gas turbine company through non-public agreements. At the same time, the gas turbine company will publicly solicit intentions from equity trading institutions based on the evaluation value and introduce an investment of 10 million yuan. The final price at which the company and Li Ming will increase their capital in the gas turbine company will be consistent with the increased capital price of the intended party publicized by the gas turbine company. Since the work of the gas turbine company in soliciting intentions from equity trading institutions is not yet completed, the shareholding ratio of the company and Li Ming after the capital increase in the gas turbine company is still uncertain.
