On November 19, Glodon announced that nh health (06606.HK) has recently launched three products: (i) Changweiqing, a proprietary non-invasive fecal FIT-DNA colorectal cancer screening test product; (ii) Pupu Tube, a proprietary non-invasive fecal FIT screening product used to test for hemoglobin biomarkers related to colorectal cancer; and (iii) Youyou Tube, a consumer self-testing product based on fecal samples for Helicobacter pylori screening, which has been successfully registered with the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government's Department of Health according to the medical device administrative control system ("MDACS"). MDACS is a registration system for medical devices, under which medical device manufacturers and importers can voluntarily register their medical devices with the Department of Health after demonstrating that the devices meet recognized safety and performance standards.

According to statistics released by the Hong Kong Cancer Registry, colorectal cancer is the second leading cause of cancer deaths in Hong Kong in 2022. Therefore, the Hong Kong government has launched a colorectal cancer screening program, subsidizing asymptomatic Hong Kong residents aged 50 to 75 to receive screening services at private institutions to prevent colorectal cancer. With the support of the Hong Kong government, public awareness of early cancer screening in Hong Kong has been continuously increasing, and the company believes that the potential for the early cancer screening market in Hong Kong will continue to grow.
