After considering the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has decided to appoint Aobei International CPA (Aobei International) as the company's auditor to fill the temporary vacancy after Zhongzhu Global's resignation, effective from November 19, 2024, for a term until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
