According to an investor interaction platform on November 19, 2023, sanan optoelectronics (600703.SH) stated that hunan sanan has an existing silicon carbide supporting capacity of 16,000 pieces/month, and after subsequent expansion, the annual supporting capacity will reach 0.36 million pieces/year. Currently, 8-inch silicon carbide substrates have achieved small batch shipments, and the 8-inch silicon carbide chip production line is under installation and debugging. By the end of August, chongqing sanan has already activated the substrate factory's production line, and the capacity is in the initial stage, currently at 1,000 pieces/month. The company will continue to promote the development of electrical utilities business to accelerate the improvement of the company’s sales scale and profitability.
