In terms of news, Li Ka-shing, founder of CK Asset, and his son, Li Zeju, once again increased their shareholding in CK Asset (1113.HK) after more than two and a half years. The Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosed that the Li Ka-shing Foundation purchased a total of 3.999 million shares of CK Asset last week, involving HK$0.126 billion. The Li Ka-shing Foundation's stake in CK Asset increased from 10.46% to 10.57%, leading Li Ka-shing's stake in CK Asset to increase from 48.42% to 48.54%, and Li Zeju's stake in CK Asset to increase from 48.51% to 48.62%. According to equity disclosure, the Li Ka-shing Foundation bought CK Asset shares for four consecutive days from last Tuesday (12th) to last Friday (15th), involving 0.747 million shares, 1.158 million shares, 1.25 million shares, and 0.844 million shares respectively, with average prices per share of HK$31.6232, HK$31.4136, HK$31.33, and HK$31.6478 on each day. The last time Li Ka-shing and Li Zeju increased their shareholding in CK Asset was in March 2022, after which the Li Family's trust reorganized the internal shares of CK Asset.
