In addition to purchasing at traditional stores, it is becoming common to conduct information gathering, comparison, and purchases of products and services online. There is a demand for providing a seamless customer experience across both offline and online. Furthermore, consumers' values have also diversified, and products and services are being chosen from various perspectives such as cost performance, time performance, and environmental considerations. This will enable both companies to collaboratively develop an integrated solution service that improves customer experience value covering the OMO (Online Merges with Offline) area.

    By combining Tangerine's store information collection capabilities with NEC's AI analysis technology, it becomes possible to provide a consistent service from information collection to analysis in stores. By merging this data with online information from app sources, the resolution of consumer insights can be enhanced, allowing for the delivery of optimal content at the best timing for consumers.
  • Automation of marketing strategy planning.
    In the future, through collaboration with NEC's generative AI marketing strategy planning technology "BestMove" (Note 1), the AI will automatically extract segments and output optimal strategies for each consumer and store.
