KNT Holdings (01025) announced that Mr. Liu Guoxun (Mr. Liu) resigned as an independent non-executive director due to other business and personal reasons, effective from November 18, 2024. Mr. Liu will also no longer serve as a member of the Company's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee, effective from the same date.
