Ctrip Group announced that in the third quarter of 2024, Ctrip Group's net revenue was 15.9 billion RMB (2.3 billion USD), a year-on-year increase of 16%. Net income for the third quarter was 6.8 billion RMB (0.970 million USD), compared to 4.6 billion RMB in the same period of 2023. Adjusted EBITDA for the third quarter was 5.7 billion RMB (0.888 million USD), compared to 4.6 billion RMB in the same period of 2023.

The company's outbound hotel and flight bookings in the third quarter have fully recovered to 120% of the pre-epidemic level in 2019, with international OTA platform hotel and flight bookings growing by over 60% year-on-year.
