shanghai ind h (00363.HK) announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Ji Yun, has entered into a strategic investor placement agreement with Ping An Fund. Pursuant to this, Shanghai Ji Yun (as a strategic investor) has agreed to subscribe for the allocated quota with the subscription amount.

Shanghai Ji Yun will subscribe for approximately 15.8284% of the allocated quota, equivalent to about 0.158 billion fund shares. The subscription amount payable by Shanghai Ji Yun shall not exceed 1.38 billion RMB.
