According to the Zhitong Finance APP, eps health tech (03860) announced that the group expects to record an unaudited net profit of approximately 16 million Hong Kong dollars for the six months ending September 30, 2024, whereas for the six months ending September 30, 2023, there was an unaudited net loss of approximately 8.7 million Hong Kong dollars. The expected improvement is mainly due to (i) fair value gains on acceptances arising from non-controlling interests; (ii) increased profits from the health products business; and (iii) a reduction in group administrative expenses and R&D expenses due to the implementation of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement measures.
