Watsons Group's membership reward program 'MoneyBack' announced a collaboration with about 20 brands and merchants including Pizza Hut (00341.HK), Giordano, City Super (06811.HK), China Taiping (00293.HK), and Cathay Pacific, starting from November 20th, to launch a thirty-day Christmas countdown event. During the period, 5 million MoneyBack points will be given away, as well as gifts from supermarkets, personal care and beauty retail, electronics, and home appliances, along with a series of discounts covering dining, beverages, travel, malls, entertainment, credit cards, insurance, and telecommunications categories, with total rewards worth over 10 million yuan. Director General Manager Edwin Wong stated that as Christmas and the year-end approaches, it is hoped that this event will attract local consumers to stay and spend in Hong Kong.
