China Ting (03398) announced that RSM has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from November 14, 2024.

Following RSM's resignation, under the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors resolved to appoint Hong Kong Lixin Dehao Certified Public Accountants Limited ('Lixin Dehao') as the new auditor of the company to fill the interim vacancy, serving until the conclusion of the upcoming shareholder annual meeting expected to be held around May 2025. This appointment is still subject to Lixin Dehao completing the client acceptance process before it can take effect.
