After Luo Bingxian's resignation, upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors decided to appoint Hong Kong Lixin De Hao Certified Public Accountants LLP ("Lixin De Hao") as the company's new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy, serving until the end of the upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders expected to be held around May 2025. The appointment is subject to the completion of Lixin De Hao's client acceptance procedures before it can take effect.
