Simply Wall St ·  Nov 15 18:11

We wouldn't blame PROG Holdings, Inc. That's a big disposal, and it decreased their holding size by 28%, which is notable but not too bad.

In fact, the recent sale by Curtis Doman was the biggest sale of PROG Holdings shares made by an insider individual in the last twelve months, according to our records. So what is clear is that an insider saw fit to sell at around the current price of US$47.79. While we don't usually like to see insider selling, it's more concerning if the sales take place at a lower price. Given that the sale took place at around current prices, it makes us a little cautious but is hardly a major concern.
