On November 15th, at the China Aviation Data Open Day and the 45th Anniversary celebration of China Aviation Data, China Aviation Data officially released the passenger service system brand 'Gongxiang'. It was introduced that the Gongxiang system is capable of handling civil aviation passenger-related flight management, flight sales, departure delivery, safety verification, and other businesses, providing systematic centralized information processing services for government agencies and other civil aviation institutions. At present, it has 41 domestic airlines and more than ten overseas airline customers.

In terms of aviation platform business, China Aviation Data has been supporting all airlines since May 2024 to have the capability of issuing electronic itineraries through all its channels, achieving the construction goal of normalized issuance in advance. By the end of October, the volume of civil aviation electronic itinerary issuance has surpassed 5.5 million, with a peak daily value of 0.11 million, possessing the capability of large-scale issuance, and is expected to achieve a issuance volume of tens of millions by the end of the year.

To enhance passenger travel convenience, China Aviation Data's independently developed full-process self-service products are used in 239 domestic airports. The self-service usage rate at domestic airports with tens of millions of throughputs has reached 70.5%; the biometric recognition platform provides facial recognition services for 46 airports, with a coverage rate of tens of millions of airports reaching 97.5%. The number of paperless travel airports has reached 257, guaranteeing more than 0.45 billion passenger trips cumulatively.

In the field of aviation and travel financial services, around the enterprise travel application scenarios, China Aviation Data has focused on building a blockchain-based civil aviation supply chain financial services platform, effectively improving the capital turnover rate of travel supply chains, participating in the industry's digital renminbi pilot program, exploring more application scenarios, constructing an application system of 'blockchain + digital renminbi parent-child wallet', further promoting the application of digital renminbi in the civil aviation settlement field.

In the field of consumer internet, China Aviation Data has launched the mobile internet product 'Hanglvzhongheng' App for the passenger market, pioneering an intelligent service model of finding information. By creating dozens of industry-leading functions such as itinerary management, pre-flight information, flight alerts, etc., it has achieved innovative upgrades to a one-stop service platform for passenger travel.

In the field of artificial intelligence, China Aviation Data has released the civil aviation's first generative artificial intelligence large model 'Qianrang'. This model possesses cross-modal joint understanding capabilities for professional real-time information services such as complex civil aviation texts, image professional knowledge, and flight dynamics. In terms of civil aviation Q&A and visual understanding accuracy, it has reached a leading domestic level. Currently, the 'Qianrang' large model has been registered with the Cyberspace Administration of China for generative artificial intelligence services, becoming the fourth large model of a central enterprise to obtain approval from the Cyberspace Administration. The related services have been widely deployed in airlines, airports, civil aviation authorities, and other civil aviation institutions.

In the field of industrial internet, China Aviation Data has created a series of intelligent solutions such as smart aprons, smart terminals, and smart customer service, and has scaled up production deployment within the industry, initially establishing a relatively complete smart civil aviation product service system, achieving digital coverage of civil aviation production, operations, and management elements.

The smart apron solution integrates panoramic monitoring, node guarantee, and violation warning, which automatically and accurately identifies more than 40 aviation equipment guarantee node events such as water addition, refueling, and meal distribution through smart visual technology. It has ended the history of manual observation and identification of nodes by intelligently analyzing apron aviation equipment, devices, and personnel in real-time through video, and issuing real-time alarms for violations, thereby improving airport operational efficiency and safety.

The Gongxiang Digital Platform consists of a large-scale data real-time calculation framework, edge cloud intelligent integration framework, high-concurrency real-time trading cloud computing platform, high-security privacy protection big data platform, and multi-subject collaborative trusted blockchain platform, which can empower multiple sectors such as comprehensive transportation, business travel, finance, lottery, medicine, public social services, among others. In the future, the Gongxiang Digital Platform will continue to optimize by providing AI+ scenarios to support large-scale real-time transactions, possess high security and privacy protection capabilities, and support business capability encapsulation.
