On November 15, Glorious Holdings (01215.HK) announced that on November 15, 2024, the project owner (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) signed a renovation agreement with the general contractor, under which the general contractor has agreed to carry out renovation work on the hotel, with a renovation contract price of €11,280,315.28.

The hotel refers to the Marriott Champs-Elysees Hotel located at 70 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, Paris, owned by the group.
