On November 15, Grallhu reports that raily aesmed (02135.HK) has announced that on January 24, 2024, the company entered into a supply agreement with Suneva, under which the company will acquire distribution rights and equity. The supply agreement will remain valid until the fifteenth anniversary of January 24, 2024. After the initial period, with the mutual agreement of the company and Suneva, the supply agreement will be renewed for five years.

According to the supply agreement, Suneva has granted the company distribution rights, allowing exclusive rights to use, sell, offer for sale, register, import, export, and commercialize Bellafill in the greater China region. The cost of the distribution rights is $5,000,000.

Suneva owns or controls several proprietary intellectual property rights related to Bellafill. Acquiring the distribution rights aims to ensure that Suneva supplies Bellafill to the Group and grants the exclusive distribution rights of Bellafill in the greater China region to the Group during the term of the supply agreement. Acquiring equity will strengthen the long-term cooperation between the Group and Suneva. Therefore, the Group intends to expand its supply chain in the medical beauty service industry through the acquisition and obtain a stable and reliable supply of Bellafill. The directors believe that the acquisition will promote the Group's business operations and enhance the supply of Bellafill to be sold in the greater China region by the company.
