On November 15, 11, legendary edu (08195.HK) announced that on November 15, 2024, the company signed a cooperation agreement with Hong Kong Victoria Harbour Education Group Limited ("Victoria Harbour Education") for the provision of Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education ("HKDSE") curriculum training services in Guangdong Province, China.
According to the cooperation agreement, the company will be responsible for the tutor management and recruitment of the HKDSE training courses under the platform of Victoria Harbour Education and its affiliates, as well as the design and implementation of educational courses. Victoria Harbour Education will be responsible for other operations and compliance matters, including but not limited to course venue arrangements (including the three well-known schools operated by Victoria Harbour Education and its affiliates, namely Guangzhou Jinan International School (designated and approved as one of the two HKDSE and examination schools in China in 2024) , Dongguan Jinan International School, and Foshan Jinan International School, collectively referred to as "Jinan International School"), coordination of teaching, and student recruitment.
It is reported that Victoria Harbour Education is an education group headquartered in Hong Kong, mainly engaged in education investment, training, and curriculum development in China, with rich experience in promoting the Hong Kong education curriculum system and providing HKDSE and international English language testing system courses. In order to promote cross-cultural exchanges and provide a diverse and international educational platform for Chinese youth, Victoria Harbour Education has established an international curriculum center and cultural exchange center network in the Greater Bay Area. Victoria Harbour Education operates three Jinan International Schools in China providing HKDSE courses.
