More than half of the increase plan period has passed, and due to factors such as fluctuations in capital market prices and its own operational arrangements, the increase amount has not reached 50% of the lower limit of the increase plan amount range. The increase plan has not yet been completed, and Beijing North Star Group will continue to implement the increase according to the plan and actively fulfill its commitment to increase shareholding. The company will also timely fulfill its information disclosure obligations in accordance with relevant regulations.
