Sime Darby Property Berhad will launch its first high-rise development, Kanopi Residences, on 23 November 2024. Located in the City of Elmina, the development features 449 units, each spanning 1,000 sq. ft. with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a minimum of two car parks. Units are priced from RM565,888, with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM299 million.
Kanopi Residences is designed with the 15-minute city concept in mind, integrating living, working, learning, and recreational spaces, all while prioritising wellness. It is positioned as a prime opportunity for both homebuyers and investors, with the City of Elmina expected to become one of Malaysia's most sought-after townships.
