Link REIT welcomed two new members to its board.

Jana Sehnalova, managing director of Vantage Point Asset Management, joined the Link REIT board as an independent non-executive director (INED) and a member of the "Finance and Investment" and "Sustainability" committees.

Eng-Kwok Seat Moey, manager of SGX-listed Mapletree Industrial Trust (MIT), will join the Link REIT board as an INED and a member of the "Audit and Risk Management" committee.

The new INEDs began their duties on 14 November.
