At the recommendation of the Company's Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has appointed Orb International Certified Public Accountants as the company's auditor, effective from November 14, 2024. This is to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Zhongzhu Global, and their term will last until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
