'New California Rules Could Soon End Sales of RVs, Industry Warns' - San Fransisco Chronicle

California's mission to drastically slash planet-warming emissions from cars and trucks could halt the sale of new motorhomes as soon as January when more aggressive standards kick in, according to the RV industry.

The RV Association has warned that California's Advanced Clean Trucks program, which was amended by the California Air Resources Board last month, are too arduous for the RV market and "will create a near-total ban on motorhome sales in the state."
