Geely Automobile (00175.HK) subsidiary zeekr reported its third-quarter results, with total revenue of 18.358 billion yuan, an increase of 30.7% year-on-year, but a decrease of 8.4% quarter-on-quarter. It recorded a loss attributable to shareholders of 1.226 billion yuan, narrowing by 16.9% year-on-year and 44% quarter-on-quarter.

In the quarter, the gross margin was 2.942 billion yuan, increasing by 28.5% year-on-year, but decreasing by 14.7% quarter-on-quarter; the gross margin rate was 16%, down 0.3 percentage points year-on-year and 1.2 percentage points quarter-on-quarter, attributed to decreased profit margins from batteries and other components.

In the third quarter, the total delivery of automobiles reached 55,003 units, representing a 51% increase year-on-year. Automobile sales revenue was 14.401 billion yuan, an increase of 42% year-on-year and 7.2% quarter-on-quarter. The automobile profit margin was 15.7%, down 2.4 percentage points year-on-year, but up 1.5 percentage points quarter-on-quarter.
