The company subscribed 1360 million yuan of the capital contribution of Guangjing Xicheng Company, China Merchants Highway subscribed 240 million yuan.

After this capital increase, the registered capital of Guangjing Xicheng Company will increase to 2,982,002,686 yuan, including: the company's total investment of 2,534,702,283 yuan, with a 85% shareholding; China Merchants Highway's total investment of 447,300,403 yuan, with a 15% shareholding.
