Internal media cited market sources as stating that Geely Group is currently integrating its two major brands, Lynk & Co and Zeekr, to clarify brand positioning, streamline equity relationships, reduce conflicts of interest, and eliminate duplicate investments. This integration will be managed by Zeekr's CEO, An Conghui, with the Lynk & Co brand being retained. However, the team and strategy will be integrated with Zeekr, with the finance and procurement teams being the first to merge.
In the first three quarters of this year, Lynk & Co and Zeekr's sales accounted for nearly 30% of Geely Group's total sales. The integration aims to resolve internal competition, enhance Geely's competitiveness in the new energy automobile market, optimize resource allocation, and strengthen market competitiveness.
