Regarding the full-year consolidated performance forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2025, revenue is expected to increase by 2.8% from the previous year to 21.5 billion yen, operating profit is expected to increase by 13.9% to 1.15 billion yen, ordinary profit is expected to increase by 17.8% to 1.14 billion yen, and net income attributable to parent company shareholders is expected to increase by 0.8% to 0.78 billion yen.

On the same day, the end-of-year dividend for the fiscal year ending September 2024 was announced to be increased by 2.00 yen from the previous forecast to 12.00 yen. This raises the dividend per share for the fiscal year ending September 2024 to 22.00 yen per share annually (an increase of 5.00 yen from the previous year). The dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2025 was also announced to be increased by 1.00 yen annually compared to the previous year, reaching 23.00 yen, with an expected third consecutive year of dividend increase.
