On November 13, Gelonghui reported that wuchan zhongda geron (002722.SZ) announced that the company had received a notice from Nantong Jinlun Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinlun Holdings"), a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, regarding a change in equity ratio exceeding 1%. It was learned that since the company's previous announcement regarding changes in the equity of shareholders holding more than 5% exceeding 1% (Announcement No.: 2023-064), Jinlun Holdings reduced its holdings of wuchan zhongda geron by 1,295,500 shares through block trading on November 27, 2023, and further reduced its holdings by 1,879,457 shares through centralized bidding from November 11, 2024, to November 12, 2024. The above-mentioned reduction led to Jinlun Holdings' shareholding in wuchan zhongda geron decreasing from 14.13% to 12.60%.
