New World (00016.HK) subsidiary's Mainland property "Guangzhou South Station ICC-Junlun Forest Park" will start phased sales of the new D1 building with a total of 109 units in mid-October. Selected units will be prioritized for sale in Hong Kong. The first price list of "Junlun" saw all 10 units sold out within a week, and the subsequent market led to the almost sold-out second price list. With frequent cases of 'oversubscription', the developer plans to launch the third price list soon.
"Junlun" saw nearly sold-out on the first two rounds of 20 units each; recently, there have been additional cases of 'oversubscription' for the limited sale of four-bedroom double-suite units in Hong Kong. It is reported that a Hong Kong buyer had previously purchased a four-bedroom double-suite unit with a built area of approximately 162 square meters (about 1,744 square feet), spending over 15 million RMB in total.
"Junlun" project is progressing smoothly, and the first batch of units will be delivered in February next year. The first phase of the Guangzhou South Station ICC's shopping mall and office building is expected to gradually open from 2026 onwards.
