Regarding industrial mother machines, following the successful application of high-precision screw and guide pairs by well-known domestic machine tool manufacturers in the second quarter, in the third quarter, they signed bulk rolling delivery orders with well-known machine tool companies. Among them, the C0-level screw and nut pair representing the highest manufacturing level of ball screw pairs achieved a breakthrough and received the first batch of orders from customers. The ball screw pair used in the EMB braking system of new energy vehicles also completed the first customer sample delivery. The core component of the linear actuator of humanoid robots, the planetary roller screw process, is continuously optimized, and the layout of batch production processes is constantly improving. The cooperative development of domestically produced equipment required for key processes is progressing in an orderly manner, aiming to continuously build efficient core manufacturing capabilities and prepare technically and equipment-wise for next year's bulk supply.
