According to the "Severance Agreement," Zhongjiang Group's entire 221,105,808 shares (all of which are freely tradable shares, accounting for 51.00% of the total share capital of the company) will be split. Of these, 29.8% of the shares of the company (129,195,158 shares) will remain with Zhongjiang Group; 21.2% of the shares of the company (91,910,650 shares) will be divested to Zixing Business, and these shares are yet to be transferred to the name of Zixing Business. After the transfer is completed, Zhongjiang Group will hold 129,195,158 shares of the company, and Zixing Business will hold 91,910,650 shares of the company.
