(referred to as "Yingzhi Innovation") in January 2024 signed an "AI Capability Center Computing Power Service Resource Operation Contract" with Shenzhen Dixin Yunion Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dixin Yunion"), providing computing equipment rental & leasing services to Dixin Yunion. Due to the objective changes in the business operations based on the computing power business by the business procurement party, both parties mutually agreed to sign a "Cooperation Termination Agreement".

The company stated that the termination of this contract is the result of objective changes in business operations based on computing power business by the business procurement party and mutual agreement of both parties. It will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's financial condition and operational results, nor on the normal operation of the company's computing power business. The company remains committed to the construction of the "AI Innovation Empowerment Center Project Phase I" and steadily advancing the construction of later-stage computing power projects. In addition to providing computing power services externally based on existing computing equipment, the company will continuously expand computing services based on project planning, promote the implementation of computing power supply, computing power scheduling, and scenario-based applications.
