Chasen Holdings' Profit After Tax Increases to $26.7m in H1 FY25

Earnings per share increased to $0.0711.

SGX-listed Chasen Holdings Limited's profit after tax (PAT) surged to S$26.7m YoY in H1 FY2025 from $816,000.

In a bourse filing, the firm attributed the increase to a one-time gain of S$37.2 million from the divestment of City Zone Group

Revenues also swelled by 24% to $54m, primarily driven by the specialist relocation segment.

Higher PAT resulted in a YoY increase in profit attributable to company owners, which amounted to $27.2m.

With higher profits, the company declared earnings per share (EPS) of $0.0711, higher than the $0.0011 record in FY23.
