Zhicheng Finance APP News, Kingsoft Cloud (03896) announced that in order to accelerate investment in artificial intelligence infrastructure, on November 11, 2024, Peking Kingsoft Cloud Network Technology Co., Ltd. (a consolidated affiliated entity of the Company, "Kingsoft Cloud Network") and CITIC Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. entered into a financing lease agreement after fair negotiation. In accordance with this, CITIC Financial Leasing agrees to provide financing and leasing services to Kingsoft Cloud Network through the method of post-sale leaseback of several servers, with the principal amount of the financing lease totaling 0.25 billion RMB. The term of the agreement is 3 years, with a first year interest rate of 4.35%.

The company believes that entering into this agreement will supplement operating funds, broaden the company's financing channels, increase the company's sources of working capital, and optimize the company's capital structure.
