In July of this year, Lifan Technology announced that Geely Technology Group intends to transfer its 100% equity in Jianghe Hui to Jianghe Shun Sui, with a total transfer price of 2.43 billion yuan. The legal representative of Jianghe Shun Sui is Yin Qi.

From the perspective of the shareholders of Jianghe Shun Sui, Hainan Jianghe Anlan Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Jianghe Anlan") holds 100% of the shares. Jianghe Anlan's capital contribution is 0.404 billion yuan, with Hainan Qianli Zhiqi Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Qianli Zhiqi") subscribing to 4 million yuan of the capital contribution, and limited partners Yongzhuo Holdings Co., Ltd., and Yin Qi subscribing to 0.2 billion yuan.
