The company will undertake the daily maintenance management of the provincial government roads in eight cities and counties including Haikou, Wenchang, Qionghai, Wanning, Chengmai, Lingshui, Ding'an, and Tunchang. This agreement is a framework agreement, and the company will sign specific annual contracts with the Provincial Highway Administration after the annual budget approval from the superior department.
