Gelonghui, November 11th - China Chunlai (01969.HK) announced that in November 2024, Anyang College and Shangqiu College signed a cooperation agreement with the Australian Elite Education College, and Anyang College signed a cooperation agreement with Massey University in New Zealand, establishing a deep strategic partnership with these institutions to promote the common goal of diversifying and internationalizing education. Both Anyang College and Shangqiu College are wholly owned schools of the company.

The board of directors believes that the cooperation agreement will enable all parties to leverage each other's rich experience and resources in the fields of education, scientific research, and cultural exchange, explore more diverse and pragmatic exchanges and collaborations, and cultivate elite talents with an international perspective.
