However, securing engineers to meet the strong demands of customers was an urgent challenge.
Trysis was established in September 1994 as a contract development company for consumer games, and has since been active as a game developer with a long history, achievements, experience, and technology in the game programming industry for over 30 years.
By welcoming Trysis into its group, Apex can utilize Trysis' game app development technology, while Trysis can leverage Apex's customer base, primarily in autos, to expect synergies for both parties, leading to the acquisition of shares.
In the future, Apex aims to increase its revenue from HMI development, a "growth area" and "high value-added area," by more than 1.5 times within 3 years, utilizing the talent in game app development held by Trysis.
Furthermore, Trysis aims to achieve a growth of more than 2 times in revenue within 3 years by utilizing Apex's customer base and expanding into areas other than game development.
