Swire Properties (01972.HK) announced that the latest phase of redevelopment of its Hong Kong private commercial area, "Taikoo Place," was officially completed last Friday (8th). The project, initiated in 2014, includes the construction of two Grade A office buildings, each providing 1 million square feet of floor area, garden spaces, parks, squares, and a new elevated air-conditioned pedestrian walkway.

Director of Swire Properties' office business, Don Taylor, stated that currently over 200 multinational enterprises have chosen Taikoo Place as their office location. Looking ahead, Swire Properties will continue to realize its vision for the Taikoo Place community.

In addition, Swire Properties' "1880 Hong Kong Member Club" and "1880 SOCIAL" also officially opened on the same day. (js/w)
